At the start of the level you begin in a metro station. Get to your inventory spot and collect your sniper rifle.(Locker area) Watch for wandering civilan that will alert the guards if they spot you holding a rifle. Make your way out of the metro station by going up the stairs. On the way up there should be a turning left with stairs going down. Watch the guard down the steps until he walks behind the wall of locker then rush down the step and go through the door immediatly to you right. Pick the lock of the next door and you'll be in the sewers. Cross the nearest bridge and climb out of the manhole nearest the right of the map. You should come out to see a lorry and two patrolling guards. When they're out of the way run over to the lorry and there will be a guard uniform, now holster your sniper rifle so your just holding it(Guard are less suspicious). Walk towards the building where the meeting is being held and walk on this side of the street, there are no pratrolling guard on this side. Walk over to the building that you sniper from. Enter it, make sure guard that patrols the stairs doesn't see you. Get to third floor window. Kill the general that is sitting down and is drinking making sure not to kill the guy behind him.Talk your shot and IMMEDIATLY drop your rifle and quickly run down the main stairs making sure not to be seen inside the building. Then walk causually back the way you came, down the manhole and into the metro station and walk over to your exit point.
