This level is much more simple. At the start run up the steps and get to your inventory spot on the other side of the road behind the bins. Get the two car bombs. Hide behind the bins until the patrolling guard's out if the way. Run to the manhole in the middle of the road and go down it Get to the manhole most SW of the sewer map. A car should block the way plant bomb under it. Next get out of the manhole that's behind the cathedral. The chauffer relieves himself here every while. When he is chloraform him and take his clothes. Go around the corner to the other limo plant second car bomb, go back around the cathedral and down the manhole again and get out the way you came. Wait for limos to explode then exit by your boat.
