At the beginning of the level run up the stairs and you should see a waiter, leave him b. Run around to the front gate of the embassy. Wait till there is no guards around then pick th locked gate the on that there is no guard asking for your invitation. Once the gate is open get onto the main path and walk normally towards the front door. Everyone thinks yor a party guest now.
Through the front door and take the first door on the left and down the corridor to the room that the general go into. If he's not there wait around the corner. When he's in the room go and wait beside the right door go into sneak mode and equipped your fibre wire. When the general comes out wait until the room door closes(so the maid doesn't see.) then strangle him. Drag his body into an empty room. Next find out which room the ambassador is using. then go and hide in the room the conjoins it and wait. When the ambassador is being held up equipped fibre wire and go into sneak mode. When the ambassador and the spentaz agent enter the room with the safe.(you should be in the conjoining room when this is happening) Then when the agent is holding up the ambasador sneak in behind the spentaz agent and after the agent kills the ambassador stranggle the agent. Get combinaton from ambassador and get breifcase and exit calmly out the front gate and then by boat.
