		April, 2005 - Journal Entry # 32 - Just the Highlights
		London Calling - Jen & I hit London from April 12-19.  Saw the Eye, harassed a policeman at Big Ben, munched Fish & Chips (oy the grease!) at the Hog in the Pound, met Nicole Kidman at her Interpreter premiere, spent almost $50 on 2 tickets to Miss Congeniality 2 (which Jen had already seen), and saw Kim Cattrall, Partick Stuart & Joshua Jackson in the West End.  Oh-and succumbed to our traditional sinus infections 1/2 way through.  And don't forget about my vaguely alcoholic chiropractor-Ida-who, after several chardonnays, emailed me directions to her office which might as well have been typed by her cat for all the clarity they provided. Penny War - In utter disbelief I report to you that the kids of Cimislia's School #3 managed to raise a staggering 7176.30 Moldovan Lei - $578USD in a 2 week period.  The winning class, 5D, brought in over 1000 Moldovan Lei.  For their efforts, other than school-wide recognition, they will be tie-dyeing tee-shirts with me in May.  I bought the shirts in Chisinau and Jen sent the RIT dye.  Wish us luck.
