Chuck comes to us from the Great State of Arkansas and brings with him a cuisine that is a fusion of Cajun, Asian and "Southern Comfort Foods"
Chuck has been a Professional Chef for over 10 years in the Restaurant Industry. After completing Culinary School, Chuck went into the aprenticeship program at ACF (American Culinary Federation) where he spent the next 3 years under Ed Hornyak. From there, he went on to Foxwood Country Club as their Sous Chef. Chuck left the Country Club to join Drawings Restaurant at the Arkansas Art Center as Sous Chef and went on to become Executive Chef.
There were only two things that could take Chuck away from this wonderful possition; White Sand and Emerald Waters!
Chuck believes in preparing his culinary creations from scratch. He takes No short cuts where his masterpieces are concerned.
