The Piccolo is the first production helicopter with a flying weight of less than 300g!
The helicopter was designed with the help from the designer Alexander van Rostyne. This helicopter has all the flying features of a bigger model helicopter but can also be flown as a indoor helicopter.
The model is small enough to even fly in your living room! The kit contains all the parts for the helicopter and two small motors one for the mainrotor and one for the tailrotor.
The flying times of this small model can be up to 7 - 15 min, depending on the battery pack. Through extensive testing the rotorhead was desinged so that it can be steered very exactly which means that you could use your table for a start and landing field!
The helicopter is controlled by RPM, this means that it has a fixed pitch. Because of this feature a 4 channel transmitter can be used. The G-295 Heli-Motor gives this little helicopter so much power that it can be flown with only 6 cells.
To fly this model one can purchase a Piccoboard for convenience or use separate components, the heli also use two micro servos.
