Sexual pleasure comes from the penetration of one consciousness into another. Consciousness merely uses the body as an abode to execute the penetration. The body translates this penetration into parallel, compounding, pleasure stimuli, but these secondary pleasures are only the after-effect of a transcendent union of the minds.
The pleasures of sex are derived from physical, emotional, and intimate conjugal relations. The physical aspects are embodied in the sensations of the skin. The emotional, in the power relations between subject and object. And the intimacy, from the closeness of the individual with another object that carries a consciousness.
Ultimately, the most physically attractive, powerful (over people or things), self-conscious individual has the strongest sex-appeal.
