Speak & Maths & Joystick - I'm digging joysticks these days and have a number of projects on the go but this was the first. the top button on the right side turns on the toy and the "D" button next to it access the word problems button. This is all the kepad access you need to get cool loops and glitches going. The middle two buttons(on the left side) are loops, one fast and one rythmic. The bottom two buttons(on right side) are ring mods(2 voice). On the top of the joystick is a photocel, under that is a pot. These control pitch and are selectable using the toggle below the pot. The bottom toggle is a double throw loop lock(goes along with the momentary loop buttons). The left side direction controller is wired with 4 different glitches. I have also added a pot and photocel for pitch control on the Speak&Maths itself because the pitch doesnt have full range control when routed along long lenghts of cable(ie. the joystick cable). More stuff like this to come. |
