The Power Rangers Knight Force stories were adapted from my own series The Five Powers. I changed their powers a bit for this website so they would also be Power Rangers. Merlin comes to town. He finds the chosen five and he tells them of their destinies. They refuse to help Merlin and they try to throw out his gifts as they are attacked by Demons.
They each leave their Ranger roles only to realize that the world will suffer for their actions. The team realize that they have to make sacrifices for the greater good so they decide to accept their new powers.

Fear
Faith does a terrible job as the leader of the group. She makes bad decisions out of arrogance and anger. Merlin makes each member of the group face their fears so they can stop Hades and his Warlocks.

Walk On
Lena learns that she is not taking a good look at her life in the present.
Melissa and Sean also realize that they are moving too fast.
Faith learns that her boyfriend Jack is just using her to "score."

Faith has to let go of her past.
Cole Scott comes to town. (He is a old friend of Faith.)

Shadows
Faith talks to Cole on campus. She tells him that she will meet him at the campus community center to study. She runs into Jack and she is late to meet Cole. Cole sees them together and he becomes a little angry and jealous. Hades takes Cole away and he gives him the dark Trinity ring and the Dragon coin. He also puts Cole under a spell so he will become evil and use his Death powers on the Knight Force Rangers.
Cole attacks the group and he defeats them. He takes their gifts away and he poisons Merlin.

Darkness
Cole manipulates Faith and the others as he slowly realizes how Faith feels about him.
He starts to break free from the spell when he realizes that she is not interested in Jack.
Hades threatens to kill Faith if Cole does not face the group once more.
Faith learns the truth about Cole as he defeats the group once more.

Hatred
Hades uses Jack to hurt Cole.
Faith tells Cole to meet him at the library to talk.
Hades uses a Shape-Changer to double as Faith. Jack kisses this "Faith" double in front of Cole.
Cole snaps. Hades uses his powers to heighten Cole's anger. Cole fights the group as Faith tries to talk him out of killing them. Cole cuts into Faith with his Dark Blade and he nearly kills her.
Cole cuts into Faith's arm and he realizes that she loves him. He drops his knife and he quits working for Hades.
Hades tries to take Cole away. Merlin takes the team back to Avalon so he can break the spell that is affecting Cole's mind.

Forgiveness
Sean locks Cole away. Faith and Melissa lay dying as Cole tries to convince Sean to free him.
Hades sends a "Soul" Demon to take the campus out.
Sean lets go of his pain long enough to release Cole. Cole stops the Soul Demon and he nearly loses his life.
Sean forgives him and he sends the group to help Cole. Cole is attacked by Hades. Sean has the chance to destroy Cole's ring but he backs off. Cole becomes a part of the team.

The Past and the Present
Sean and James face their past as Cole and Faith try to build a relationship in the present.
Hades sends a "Parasite Demon" after the team.
Cole and Faith stop their date to help the others.
Cole is forced to face his past once more.

Darkness and Light
Cole faces Liz, his former love.
He finds out that she works for Hades.
Lena tells Faith that Cole has a dark heart. She tells her that the evil in his heart will always outweigh the good in his soul.
Cole turns Hades down when he (Hades) offers him a place by his side. He defeats Hades and he takes the Knight Force Jewelry back. He then discovers that his life-force is linked to his ring as he learns that he is losing his powers.

Break
Sean and Melissa take the next step. Melissa's ex-boyfriend comes back to town to start things over.
Sean and Melissa take a break.
Cole and Faith leave for the weekend.
Jason decides to take over the team while they are gone.
Merlin decides to fight to free his wife.

The end of the Beginning Part One
A "Power Trader" comes to town. He tells Cole to take his power and use it to defeat Hades. Faith has a nightmare that she loses Cole. She realizes that the Power Trader wants to take advantage of Cole. She takes him down and she forces him to make her switch powers with Cole. She thinks that her life powers will break the "ring binding" spell that Hades put on Cole.
She gives in to the darkness in heart as she
gains his powers. She becomes evil.
Jason is forced to face Faith. Faith is fatally wounded. Cole switches powers with her and he transfers her wounds to his own body. She is unable to heal him because she used her power for personal gain to try and break the binding spell.
Hades tells the team he will heal Cole if they give up their powers. He takes Cole by force and they are forced to bargain with him.

The End of the Beginning Part Two
Faith is not sure if she should let let Hades save Cole.
Merlin tells her that she will lose everything if she goes through with her decision. Cole fights to free himself from Hades. He learns that his unstable powers will kill him and the others. He lets Hades take his powers and he (Cole) destroys him. He breaks down and he tells Faith to kill him to save herself. He breaks her heart as he dies in her arms.

Peace
Faith does not feel that she is making any kind of difference anymore. She tells Merlin that she can't go on. Merlin tells her that she must move on so she can stop the Warlocks and Demons in the underworld that want to take Hades place.
She wonders if she is really making any kind of difference to anyone. She realizes that there is always someone suffering more than her so she decides to come back to the team.
She decides to give her position to Sean. He declines and he lets Jason have the position.
Sean and Melissa start over.
Merlin tells Jason that he will not lead the team because there is a new member with a new Ranger power that will take over. He tells them that the Titans will send the member down to earth when the time is right. Merlin leaves the team to find Eden.

When there is Darkness
Jason is frustrated when Lena is hurt. He wonders if they are doing any good against Hera, the new queen of the underworld.
The morale of the team gets really low and Jason wonders if Merlin was jerking them around when h said they would have a new leader.
He is ready to tell him off when he discovers a new member of the team.

Volume (Season) Two
There is Light
Jason tells the team about the new member. Faith comes to the conclusion that they do not need a new member. They are ready to debate the issue when Merlin summons them to Avalon. They all learn that Cole is the new member of the team. He is given the gold amber Ring of the Titans. He comes back to the group with the power to heal and teleport and use white Ranger powers with a Tiger Coin.
His new powers are put to the test right away as the group has to face a rogue Angel of Death that is working for Hera.
