'The Sway' is the partner song to The Drag and is talking about egotistical maniacs who think they're all that, and how you eventually end up falling in line with them and their stupid trends, even though you don't want to. And, in the song, the 'California Blonde' is one of those dumb stereotypes who rollerblade and say 'what- EVER' a lot. You all know who i'm talking about :-P
