Poem For Grandma Ingham
In the not too distant past
I remember very well
Grandma tended to her knitting
And to baking cookies for us grandkids
But now the house is quite
No sound of grandma in the kitchen
Well, grandma's not deserted us
She dearly loves us still
We just won't find her cooking
But still she's right there with all of us
She thinks about us daily
We haven't been forsook
Her and grandpa are together again
Making plans for us all to be with them again.
She's right there when we need her
We really aren't alone
She�s right there watching us
She may be busy with seeing all her loved ones
But just like everyone grandma, she still has
One eye on all of us.
She joined the Angel choir,
And it really seems that she�s having fun
So if we want to see grandma again
There�s only one way
Grandpa and Grandma has bestowed it in all of our hearts
�The only way to get to Heaven is except Christ into our hearts,
and to live our lives for him each and every day!�
If we do this then we will be able to spend eternity
With grandma and grandpa again!
Now in the present,
Grandma and Grandpa are there waiting
With arms open wide
To greet all their loved ones
When the Lord calls us all home!
