Setting: In Tim's lair

Characters:
	- Jim Brown
	- Jeff Meyerhoff
	- Tim Brown

[ Tim get's up from his chair and walks to the front of his desk ]

Jeff: Let's do this.

Jim: Jeff you're not really gonna fight him, are you?

Jeff: His men have been hunting us for days! Of course I am!

Jim: Tim, you don't have to do this!

Tim: What the hell do you know? Jeff has insulted my honor and I will kill him.

Jim: You're insane!

Tim: Go to hell little brother!

Jeff: Enough of your shit Tim. We both have a score to settle.

[ Jeff starts moving towards Tim who looks ready to fight ]

[ Tim takes the first swing at Jeff and it's blocked ]

[ Jeff engages Tim ]

Jeff: Jimmy, see if you can find Carmen.

[ Jeff roundhouse kicks Tim ]

[ Tim gets up and uppercuts Jeff ]

[ SOME MORE FIGHTING ]

[ Tim crawls to the desk to get his gun ]
[ Tim points the gun at Jeff ]
Tim: I always was the one that could get shit done.

[ Tim shoots and hits Jeff in the chest ]
[ Tim crawls over to Jeff who's on the ground struggling ]

[ Jeff elbows Tim in the face ]
[ Tim's face starts bleeding a lot ]
[ Jeff then rips the gun from Tim's hand ]

Tim: What now Jeff? You're not gonna make it!

[ Jeff painfully forces his body to his feet ]
[ Jeff points the gun at Tim ]
[ Tim squirms around ]
[ Jeff places his foot on Tim's chest ]
[ Jeff slowly brings the gun to touch the temple of Tim's head ]

Jeff (raspy): Tim... you're fired.

[ The screen goes blank ]
[ A shot is fired ]
[ The sound of Jeff falling to the floor can be heard ]

[ The camera then shows Jeff dead on the floor with blood-covered gun and arm while the other arm was holding Jeff's wound ]

[ Footsteps are heard ]

Jim: Jeff! I got Carmen and this guy Graff was als...(interrupted) Oh my god!

[ Carmen runs to Jeff's side checks his pulse and starts weeping ]
[ She removes his sunglasses and kisses him on the forehead ]

[ Camera fades out]

[ End of Scene ]
