	- Jeff Meyerhoff
	- Carmen
[ Jim and Jeff stroll in ]
[ They walk up to the counter ]
[ Carmen is leaning against the counter ]

Jim: This place looks pretty dead.

Jeff: Well well... give it a chance let's wait around a little bit.

[Jeff turns and notices Carmen leaning against the counter ]

Jeff (to himself): Hey there...

[ Jeff walks over while Jim follows ]

Jeff (casually): Excuse me, were you talking to me?

Carmen (turns around): Um... no.

Jeff: Oh, well please do.

Carmen: What was your name?

Jeff (handing her his card): The name's Jeff Meyerhoff.

Carmen: The name on the card says "Jose Martinez".

Jeff: The fucking printer got it wrong... again!

Carmen: Smooth buddy.

Jeff: ...I'm a lot smoother once you get to know me.

Carmen: Well let's find out.

Jeff: Ok! What're you doing later tonight?

Carmen: I'm free all night. So you wanna do dinner?

Jeff: I don't even know your name but y'know I'd like to!

Carmen: I'm Carmen.

Jeff: Alright Ms. Carmen, when would you like to go?

Carmen: Now's good.

Jim: What the hell?

Jeff: Oh, Carmen, this is my friend Jimmy.

Carmen: Nice to meet you.

[ Jeff and Jim conference to the side ]

Jeff: Listen... Jimmy... there's obviously no one here right now we'll regroup tomorrow.

Jim: Shit Jeff... you're ditching me for a date?

Jeff: Yeah, I am. Nothing more can be done to help you right now! I'll collect you again tomorrow . In the mean time... goodbye.

[ Jeff turns back to Carmen ]

Jeff: Ok we're cool.

[ Carmen and Jeff walk out alone ]
[ Jim hangs around still ]
