Basically u have to press on Menu, scroll to 
Message then Write Message, then using your keypad key : CIJF your nameICnumber your e-mail address. 

After that press Options. scroll to Send. It will ask for phone number. Key in 73888 and send.. After you finish you can save the message and send it whenever u want.
