Pearl Bay Police Station

Location: The Pearl Bay Police Station is located in the coastal suburb of Newport, just north of Williamstown, and south of Melbourne.

Melway Reference: Map 56, A4.

Its Role in SeaChange: In the episode 'My Own Sweetheart', the building was inundated with local men surrendering themselves to the law, including Harold (who decides his best chance of giving up the drink is to spend as much time as possible in the lock-up), Dan (who planned to get himself sentenced to jail for outstanding fines that he has accrued, thereby being unable to attend the annual magistrate's dinner with Laura).

History: In the series, this may be the Police Station inhabited by the likes of Karen Miller and Graeme Grey, but in reality, this building is an abandoned Ambulance Station.
