| Disarmed ~ In the light of my soul I feel you, find you twinkling, shimmering deeply rooted� In the heart of my dreams always you have been Your place, within me I�ve every longed to be yours, by your side [can you see] to know you, love you, a truth is found� [Rain unbound] long days passed bard blows through hasp� locks, keys mean nothing, there never were any� not as I stand before this bard, [disarmed, blade dropped forgotten, charmed] no lock of any kind did I posses, no hasp to throw a pin to� no magic spell to thwart his moves [cloak pulled tightly round me, peering out] he simply walked straight through gently caressing doors as he tread stealing soft breaths like a lover from windows gracefully thrown wide threatening only to swiftly steal my heart the innocence of this truth I clearly see, it took me to my knees� [Rain unbound] head bowed in a cascade of hair, I searched soulfully for answers feeling his presence slowly drifting through mine a merging of two minds� [can it be] I rose to gaze upon his face, caught in my bards loving eyes I swept my hair aside demurely revealing the truth from inside dearest bard red hair �green eyes for you I�d bravely die ~ Rain � cls 2003 |
