THE BEGINNING
Here is where it all started. Mom & Dad bought this piece of land back in 1951. As you can see by the pictures, it didn't take long for them to start building.
There were some long days for Dad. Working in the Navy Yard and then coming out and working on the house. Of course, most of our weekends where spent out there too.
It didn't take long before the summer weekends where filled with family & friends having fun and a place to relax from the city life.
