Muay Thai, otherwise known as Thai Boxing, combines shin kicks, elbow strikes,
knees and boxing techniques into a reality based sport fighting art.
Kali, involves the use of one or two fighting sticks, knives and/or barehanded
techniques to overcome an opponent. Relies on speed and technique rather than strength.
Brazilian Jui-Jitsu, utilizes traps and grapling techniques to overcome opponents
in a ground fight situation. Emphasizes the ability to flow from one technique to another as quickly and as
often as necessary to gain the upper hand.
Jun Fan Gung Fu, the philosopies and concepts that increases an individuals
awareness to understand which disciplines best fit his/her physical ability.
Individuals are different in size, physical ability, interest level and goals. Classes provide students
access to
multiple styles and allows individuals to absorb what is practical and functional.
