St. LCW Volume 12: 2nd Taping Results
The main event of the night was a tag team match between Se7en with IC Champ Jason Sensation against Grell and first to appear Hornblower, with valet Natasha Rider.
However, before the other competitors arrived Natasha Rider had a few things to say to her adoring public. She once again made John Hornblower�s claim for a World title shot and said that after the title match between Champion Moriarty and number one contender Randy Richter on the next show, the nearly man should meet the winner.
Upon hearing this Miss Rebecca and Moriarty emerged from their shared locker room with clipboard in tow and entered the ring. After showing a bit of sock, the first lady of wrestling said she had made a graphical representation of why Hornblower doesn�t deserve a World title shot. The graph she said was a diagram of all the people who had beat the Hornblower in his career. On showing the crowd and Kosovan Dave people realised she was being sarcastic as it was merely a sign reading �EVERYONE�.
On seeing this Miss Rider was clearly angered and proceeded to verbally abuse her predecessor. This upset the university student who threw the clipboard to the floor and left in a huff. In a fashion reminiscent of a lap dog William retrieved the board and promptly followed his dominant girlfriend back to their shared locker room.
Soon after this Grell entered and joined his partner the Hornblower in their corner. Next out was Se7en sporting his ever-fashionable leg brace which he informed everyone was ruining his life, as he had to return home anytime his tracker started to beep. He also had words for one particular corner of the crowd who he, and others, feel do nothing for the sport. The stylish Se7en then introduced his partner for the evening, newly crowned IC Champ Jason Sensation.
Grell and Jason started out for their respective teams and the early running was controlled by Grell after delivering a big boot. A series of tags followed which kept the world�s strongest man isolated, until he sneaked an offensive move of his own and was able to tag partner Se7en.
For the next few minutes Se7en and Jason were in the ascendancy, controlling Hornblower with high impact moves such as Se7en�s rolling clothesline and swinging neck breaker and Jason�s side effect. All of this counted for nothing however as the former private investigator managed to reach his partner and tag out.
Grell came in like a house on fire reversing Jason�s Pedibomb into an Alabama slam, utilising a leg drop from the top and finally nailing the Spear on a hapless Se7en. Only a foot on the ropes could save the convict as Grell went for the cover. This caused Grell to turn his back on Se7en to have words with the referee giving Se7en the chance to catch Grell unawares with an axe kick with the brace to the back of Grell�s head leading to a victory for Sensation and Se7en.
There was then only one matter left to address, and temporary music man Cookie dealt with the responsibility well and furnished us with a beautiful wrap up!
