| Volume 11, Taping 3 - 13/06/03 Commissioner Boden Interview Boden was the first on the scene, and announced a match for Hell Freezes Over 2003, which is: Hardcore Yorkie (c) Vs. Mimic Master for the Intercontinental title Boden was then interrupted by Dave Daniels. Daniels told Boden that he had heard that the Commish' was going to book a match for the European title at Hell Freezes Over 2003 without Daniels' consent. Boden admitted to the allegations, and Dave told Boden that he would like to face Sam Van Dam at the PPV! Boden got serious, and told Dve that he would be facing Tr Mendous, Jason Sensation and Father Johnson in a Four Corners match. Daniels then left the ring furiously, before Boden was interrupted again. This time it was Thanatos and Winnie Nobbe. They mocked Boden, and called him an 'unfair' Commissioner. They then introduced "Iron" Mike Wiseman (mit. Jurgen Frobe). Wiseman was recently sacked from St. LCW, and Thanatos claimed that Boden unfairly dismissed the man from the outback, and Wiseman claimed that he did not receive thirty days notice, and therefore demanded to be reinstated and be given a number one contendership match for the World title at HFO. Boden agreed to the terms, and gave 'Micky' his m,atch, against a soon returning, Randy Richter. Boden then told Thanatos that he will put his Commissionership on the line against him at HFO in a one on one match. Thanatos accepted, before Boden told him that he would be wrestling immediately against Jason Sensation and Sinner in a Triple Threat match. Jason Sensation bt. Thanatos and Sinner via pinfall Sensation pinned Sinner after a devastating Swanton Bomb. Winnie Nobbe, who had been barred from ringside re-appeared at the end of the match, ans he and Thanatos attempted to put the boots to Boden, who had decided to watch the match from ringside, but Boden got the upper hand, and left with his head held high. Hornblower Interview Hornblower, now P.I., informed the live audience that Commissioner Boden has received threats that a kidnapper will soon attack St. LCW. The 'blower, then called out his manager Natasha Ryder, who brought Sam Van Dam to the ring. He asked Van Dam if he had seen or heard anything suspicious, and told him that he would look after SVD 24-7. At that, unfamiliar music blasted over the Twinnie system, and Hornblower immediately whipped out his pistol (his gun), and aimed it towards the entry doors. Then a man, dressed all in black, complete with sheriff's hat and balaclava took out Ryder and SVD, before hitting Hornblower with a steel folding chair. He then administered an enormous Hip Toss Powerbomb to SVD, and gave 'blower another chairshot to the head. Kidd Napper, as he is known, then bundled SVD into his suitcase and took off, leaving Hornblower and Ryder in the ring. Ryder helped 'blower to his feet, and the two attempted to chase Kidd Napper with the gun, but it was too late. The damage had been done. Sid bt. Mimic Master After Sid had called "Apocalypse" Al Smith (who was not present as he was promoting HFO 2003) a chicken in a pre-match promo, Justice, with help from the evil Angel No Moore, defeated Mimic Master by pinfall with a vicious powerbomb. Intercontinental Title Match - "Hardcore" Yorkie bt. Father Johnson Yorkie defied the odds in this match, as although Johnson was accompanied by his 'leader' Cardinal Yeomans, Yorkst picked up the victory with a ruthless superplex from the top turnbuckle, which left Johnson writhing in pain in the middle of the ring. After the match, two mysterious figures appeared, entering through the fire door towards the back of the ring. The men attacked Yorkie, who was celebrating with his title at the time. They left him in a heap in the middle of the ring - as Cardinal Yeomans proclaimed that they were the newest additions of Christianity, Righteousness and Prayer (C.R.A.P.), and will be known as Deacon Sypher and Archbishop Hodgetts. Heavyweight Title Guest Referee Match - Moriarty w/ Ms. Rebecca bt. Jurgen Frobe w/ Wiseman Moriarty made light work of Frobe in the main event of the evening. After "Iron" Mike Wiseman had issued a physical anslaught to the Champion, Frobe attempted to finish Bill with the "Leaf Spring Bumpstop Rubber." Moriarty reversed it into a variation of the Edgecrusher, and pinned Frobey for the 1-2-3. Special Guest Referee, Grell, didn't hesitate to count the pin, but their was certainly tension after the match, as Moriarty - aiming for Wiseman - smashed Grell over the head with a steel chair. How will Grell react? We will have to wait to find out next week. |
