I was born at Fort Bragg North Carolina (Yes, I am an Army Brat and proud of it) on October 15, 1961, it was my parents thirteenth Anniversary. I'm the third child of four. I did live in "Sweet Home Alabama", I now live in South Carolina with my husband Dale (Tigger) of 20 years. We have three children, Sheila, Michael and Nathaniel (ages 25, 24 & 23) and seven grandchildren, Jasmine, Christopher, Jarton, Justin, Jason, Phillip & Ditto(Nathaniel Jr) (ages 8, 6, 5, 2, 2, 16 months & 4 months).
I enjoy being outside, enjoying the sunshine and sometimes the rain. I love to camp, fish, swim and go white water rafting. I like to read romance novels, I love anything to do with design work. I enjoy watching Hockey, Golf & Tennis too... I have found a new hobby which is QUILTING... I am also a member of Carolina Pine Quilters guild and have met many wonderful ladies...
I also like to write poetry and writing in general, arts n crafts, cross-stitch and computer painting. I'm trying my hand at photography, maybe I'll post a few of my snap shots *grin* and I enjoy cooking too. I'm always making up some kind of recipe...
DEFINTELY MOST OF ALL, I LOVE LIFE!
After losing my Dad (you're my hero and I love you!) (5/29/97) and almost losing my sister-in-law in a bad car accident (5/23/97), I'm just thankful for every day I have to spend with the ones I love. I try to always smile and pass on a cheerful word to someone.
