I really don't know why I wrote this. I can only imagine that my teacher wanted me to use a form different than I usually do. Maybe it was supposed to be a narrative thing. When I re-read it, the metaphor is often paper-thin. Lazarus was an anchor store at Greengate Mall in western PA. (itself no longer there) that came in when Montgomery Ward pulled out. Whatever...
