After 2 3-D sonic game, the franchise finally went back to 2-D side scrolling.

This back-to-the-basics game is actually very entertaining. It captures the
excitement and fast paced action of the orginal 2-D sonic games very well.

The game's story is simple, as it always is. It brings uses all of the series's usual characters including Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy. It talks about these characters racing for all the chaos emeralds to fight
Dr. Robotnik. You race through 7 acts in all.

This is definately a must have for Sonic fans
and all gamers.
