Job Description

At Neotecra India Private Limited I was part of the pilot team sent to Surat to establish the product as per the standards and processes of the target market and create awareness of the dawn of the new generation of software answers to their business problems. During My Tenure in the Company the work that had to be done by the Assistant Manager (Business Development-Technical) was :

1. To execute cold calls with the Assistant Manager (Business Development-Marketing)

2. To provide Technical Assistance to the Asst Mgr and to aid in adequate clarity during the Presentation of the product’s features thus assisting the customer’s decision regarding the purchase of the product.

3. Consequently after placing of the Purchase order by the Customer we analyzed the business of the client and after discussions attended by the customer, the Development team leader and us regarding the improvement of the present system so as to ensure smoother, faster, and, more efficient resource utilization. After which the stipulated time required for delivery was finalized.

4. After this began the cycle wherein the implementation was compared with the Customer’s Requirements and approved through interactions with the customer.

5. Apart from this the standard direct marketing duties also had to be fulfilled.

Additional Professional Experience:

1. I trained under the guidance of a Linux-based open-Source software Development Company by the Name of Deeproot.

2. I designed the front-end for a youth website by the name of http://www.campusrox.com which included:

a. Providing a framework for embedding of the dynamic content easily.

b. Designing the buttons, banners and Content Architecture.

d. Choosing from a collection of themes generated by myself so as to suit the attitude to be reflected and exhibited by the web site.

Projects Undertaken as part of Academic Curriculum:

VI Semester

Made a logical-IC Tester using the 8085 kit as a 6^th semester mini project. This tested 36 to 42 individual 8 pin ICs in the 74LSXX series. The parallel interface supplied on the kit was used for a skeletal peripheral circuit.

VIII Semester

Closed Loop Servo Control System as a Final semester project at HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd) for control of an Actuator system used for aircraft part load testing as a subtask during Ground-Testing. Though the initial implementation was thought using embedded micro-controllers and planned accordingly, this differed from the final implementation due to financial limitations. The final implementation used super-basic elements for easy and smooth debugging. The final circuit was rigged on a Multipurpose Board by hand.
