| Tour of midwest USA 2003-04 (Christmas break) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| In winter of 2003 ... Suraj and me set out for a trip of midwest USA visiting different states and enjoying our vacation..The trip started from Winona,Minnesota . we spent the first day in Des Moines.. the state capital of Iowa.. then we went to Omaha, nebraska and returned to Des Moines again.Then we went to Kansas city,MIssouri and from there to Pittsburg,Kansas. During our stay in Kansas we visited the Eureka Springs, Arkansas where Bill Clinton had been for his honeymoon. We also visited Grand Lake O'Cherokee in Oklahoma. The trip finally brought us to Minneapolis and we spent 2 more days in St. Cloud. Finally after 2 weeks of trip we were back at winona... tired and yet we had a day off before our classes started... so here are some of the pics.. hope u like them.. |

| top: desert dome , omaha. this is the largest indoor desert in the world. it houses a desert a cave and a marsh in three levels inside the dome... the zoos here in usa are really good...... right: inside the desert dome. can u see the lions in the cave behind us.... |

| After our stay in Des Moines Iowa, we went to Kansas. My fren Deep was in Pittsburg. From there we visited a lot of places. The pic to the left was taken T Grand Lake O'Cherokee, Oklahoma. we also visited Arkansas and Missouri before returning to Minnesota. |
