Our facility
We are South Tampa's newest storage facility; specializing in air conditioned storage.
We offer all different sizes of storage spaces, as well as office spaces, and boxes and tape for packing. Air conditioned
storage is valuable in the storing of all types of items, especially paintings, clothing,
paper documents, computer equipment, and heat and humidity sensitive furniture. We also offer free moving to our facility. Certain restrictions apply. Please call for details.
Temperatures inside the storage area range between 76 and 78 degrees and do not rise beyond
that at any time--even in the summer months! The building is protected by a fully automatic fire sprinkler system.
If you have friends or relatives moving to Tampa from out of town, we will fax the necessary paperwork for them to complete and return via fax or mail. We will hold the unit upon receipt of completed lease and a check for the first month's rent.
For business interests, we accept deliveries from all parcel companies as well as the
U.S. Postal Service.
We invite you to stop by our facility to take a tour of the premises.
NEW CONSTRUCTION
We are currently expanding to better serve you, our customers. Construction should be completed in early October. If you have any future storage needs and would like to inquire about storing in the new building, please give us a call to put your name on the waiting list.

GATE ACCESS HOURS:
6:00 AM-9:00 PM, seven days a week, including holidays.
We accept both Visa and MasterCard and can auto bill your card every month.
