SECONDHAND DESTRUCTION is a three piece band hailing from the small village of Waynesville, OH. The band went through many phases at their beginning before finally settling on the three members that now form the trio: Kris Threat, Bob the Waif, and Pope Dick Russell Waifer III. Origianlly named The Waifers, they have fairly recently changed the name to a more appropriate title, the now known Secondhand Destruction.
Together the three compose songs primarily about political and social issues in the world today and the music is typically defined as punk, however other musical elements can be traced within many of the songs.
At this juncture in time the band is on haitus while their bassist, The Pope, is away in college but they will attempt to still get as many recordings and shows done during his absence.
