Realizar la traducción de un texto de las infografia de la dinámica Gestión de Conocimiento de español a ingles con el traductor y por nosotros.

 

La Gestión del Conocimiento como una ciencia  colaborativa

Antes de referirnos a la Gestión del conocimiento; vamos a insertarla en el actual contexto de los saberes y de las prácticas mediadas por las tecnologías.

La gestión del Conocimiento surge en el seno del management empresarial hace aproximadamente unos 15 años y mucho mas que una práctica en sí misma, se trata de un verdadero campo interdisciplinario en cuyo núcleo se articulan un gran número de saberes tanto formales como informales procedentes de los mas diversos campos. Entre ellos: - economía-ciencias de la administración-sistemas informáticos-sociología del conocimiento-sistemas biológicos ,teoría de la complejidad étc.

Podemos decir que el Knowledge Management es casi unas de las primeras ciencias colaborativas en la cual han confluído el aporte (como hemos visto ) de cientos y cientos de investigadores procedentes de los mas diversos campos del conocimiento. Es más, el Knowledge Management o Gestión del Conocimiento , desde su inicio mismo, ha sido concebido como una ciencia colaborativa. De hecho, se ha desarrollado a mayor velocidad epistemológica que el resto de las ciencias y le ha tomado apenas unos 10 años conformar no sólo un cuerpo admitido de conocimientos sino un campo muy vasto de aplicación gracias a la posibilidad que nos ofrecen hoy las tecnologías de la comunicación y la distribución de conocimientos a partir de los entornos de redes hoy disponibles.

El campo que ha impulsado la creación de esta nueva ciencia colaborativa ha sido el de las prácticas empresarias y de negocios a partir de la necesidad de obtener ventajas comparativas claras en un escenario de negocios no estructurado y en permanente autoconfiguración.  De modo que La gestión del Conocimiento suele hallárselo cada vez mas en las prácticas empresarias y ya casi forma parte de léxico habitual. El interés creciente de estas organizaciones por administrar y gestionar su información en dirección a un uso eficiente de estos recursos, fue lo que en gran medida, determinó la creación de esta ciencia que es la Gestión del Conocimiento.

Actualmente contamos con algo mas de 100.000 documentos on-line aplicados a este campo como resultado del trabajo de cientos de empresas, investigadores, profesionales y especialistas de todo el mundo que colaboran e intercambian sus conocimientos y experiencias a diario, ya sea por medio de foros, congresos, listas de interés, intranets, organizaciones ,etc. Esto ha permitido que el estado actual de esta ciencia , es decir su state of art se encuentre muy desarrollado gracias a esta multiplicación de conocimiento que permiten los entornos de red. Podemos decir que el desarrollo alcanzado por esta ciencia se debe ,entre otras cosas, a la aplicación en si misma a su propio proceso.

The field that has impelled the creation of this new collaborative science has been that of the practical managers and of business starting from the necessity of obtaining clear comparative advantages in a scenario of not structured business and in permanent autoconfiguración.  So The administration of the Knowledge is usually it every time but in the practical managers and already almost is part of habitual lexicon. At the moment we have something but of on-line 100.000 documents applied to this field as a result of the work of hundred of companies, investigators, professionals and specialists from all over the world that they collaborate and they exchange their knowledge and experiences to newspaper, either by means of forums, congresses, clever of interest, intranets, organizations, etc. This has allowed that the current state of this science, that is to say their state of art is very developed thanks to this multiplication of knowledge that you/they allow the net environments. We can say that the development reached by this science owes himself, among other things, to the application in if same to its own process.
