| Program: Documentation Handbook - Anna Borges from OST gave us a mini workshop on the new documentation handbook. She also passed out copies for those of us that were there. Great job and Thank You! |
| REPORTS: CDE: There will be a workshop sometime in July or august for the documentation Handbook for everyone. CHP: Nothing to report. MOTOR CARRIER: No report. CASTO: Driver's Workshop is March 13, 2004. Special Needs Road-eo had 25 participants. Sweetwater took 2nd and 3rd place. Great Job! CLASSES: |
| OLD BUSINESS:
HOSPITALITY: There is no hospitality committee anymore. It was voted on last month to not buy the snacks. The decision on what to do with the money was not made. Please bring your suggestions to the next meeting. 50/50: The drawing was for $13.00. Jesse Morin from Mountain Empire was the winner! CDE LETTER: The letter to CDE concerning the mirror presentation was available for you to look at. Merit sent it to John Green. INTERLOCK SYSTEMS ON BUSES: This issue was table to a later time. DRIVER OF THE YEAR: Merit drafted a letter to the Border Division of the CHP for our candidate, Susie Reese. |

BUSINESS: LETTERHEAD: We would like to have an official letterhead for the Instructor's Council. If you have ideas, please submit it to Merit and we will vote on it at a later time.. DRIVER OF THE YEAR AWARD: Susie Reese won the CHP Border Division of the Year Award. There is a presentation for this award. AAA and CHP will award her a plaque and present it to her when we decide on a place and time. Bring your suggestions to the next meeting.
