LETTERHEAD: Changes made to the letterhead, all accepted. Task Completed.

| NEW
BUSINESS: INSTALLATION OF NEW OFFICERS: After a unanimous vote, Anna Borges (CDE) formally installed the new officers. Please welcome: Merit Guinon - President; Jeannette Ford - Vice President; Patty Bielma - Secretary/Treasurer Anna presented each officer with a plaque outlining responsibilities of each position. Merit presented each officer with a gift. ACCOUNT MONEY: Balance on 5/12/04 is $42.85. GOOD OF THE ORDER: Diane Turner is overseeing the Del Mar Fair booth - dates are June 11th-July 5th. Expect an email or two asking for assistance. Volunteers are needed for the booth. This year the booth will be located in front of the pavilion / at the end of the bridge (infield). |
