I hereby confirm that we can arrange a meeting in Salle des F�tes (Mr Feltes) with all 6th year pupils next week, Thursday the 11th October at 12.20, the 5th period when the pupils have their L2.
I will prepare a note to the L2 teachers to bring/come with their pupils to the Salle des F�tes and to the teachers responsible for the trips to participate if possible (one of the participating teachers should try to be there � and if not possible, to give Mme Pelikan or Mme O�Connell any important information).
The purpose of the meeting is to stress the rules and regulations and give some clear instructions. The arranging teachers will have the possibility to answer questions if need be.
