MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

To become an official voting member of the San Diego 
Democrats for Disability Rights you must:

1) Be a registered voter and Democrat or have expressed intent 
to register as a Democrat;
2) Complete and submit a membership form.
3) Submit dues payment unless you have requested a dues 
waiver.

If you ARE NOT a registered voter, a voter registration form 
will be provided for you to complete. Please make sure to 
indicate your party preference as Democrat.

If you ARE registered with a party OTHER than the Democratic 
Party (e.g., Republican, Independent, Green) AND you intend to 
register as a Democrat please complete and SIGN a 
membership form. To change your party affiliation please 
contact the San Deigo Registrar of Voters 
(http://www.sdvote.com/) at (858) 565-5800 (phone), 1 (800) 
696-0136 (toll free) or (858) 694-3441 (TDD) and tell them you 
want to change your party affiliation to Democrat.
