The street and community
children, who are under eighteen (18) years old, are the primary beneficiaries,
while the children’s parents and the community, are the indirect beneficiaries
of the SDC’s Programs and Services.
The SDC beneficiaries are found in the major areas along the historic highway - Epifanio de los Santos (EDSA), situated in Quezon City and Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
