This was the dock at Nassau.  There was 4 other ships there other than the Triumph.  We was on ther last ship back.
This is the Lido deck.  This is where most of the entainment (music wise) is located.  There was 3 pools and 6 hot tubs on this deck as well.
While we was leaving for the Blue Lagoon I took this picture of the town of Nassau.  It was so weird there.  Everything closed at 6pm.   I wasn't to empressed with Nassau but loved Freeport
This is a picture of the carnival triumph.  It was docked in Norfolk.  This ship was HUGE at 102,000 tons.
This was the public beach on Paradise Island near the Atlantis resort.  The water was so blue and clear.  Of course the waves were HUGE as well.   And yes white beaches!!  We loved it
BAHAMAS 2002
I must say.  The Bahama vacation was the best idea Carrie and I ever came up with.  This was the most relaxing vacation any person could possibly go on.  The cruise was excellent and the islands were great.  We do plan to take another cruise in 2003 but don't know where to yet.  I liked the islands and Carrie loved the ship so this time we will try to get the best of both worlds.
This is just a sample of the pictures that we took.  To see more click here

"If you get a chance to go TAKE IT!!" Carrie and Shannon
I think one of the most excitting things about the cruise (other than pulling into port) was waking up the morning after we left and feeling the difference in the air temp.  When we left it was cold and chilly (Rainy also) and the next morning we was almost down to florida so we was in much warmer weather.  When we walked out on the balcany you could feel the difference and it was something that I thought was so neat.
