Ensured that military linguists were proficient in foreign languages such as Arabic, Persian Farsi, Hebrew, and Russian. Administered testing for approximately 600 linguists annually. Upheld strict document security procedures regarding preparing test scores and documentation for shipment. Delivered briefings on education offerings within Fort Gordon. Conceptualized and executed a plan to redesign and automate service member and civilian record systems in Microsoft Access to accurately track historical data, test requirements, and test scores. The Access records management systems represented a dramatic upgrade over the previous unreliable MS Dos system. Developed Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to monitor test scores, rosters of who completed testing, and records indicating when individual linguists were to be tested again. Delivered consistently excellent customer service: ensured the proper tests were administered at the proper time, and that test scores were delivered within the appropriate time frame. Wrote for publication in the post newspaper several articles on education trends in the military.
