Question: When I try to print from the program, I get a message that the printer is unavailable, my other applications print without any problem. Why ?

Answer: I suspect that you are using Windows as an operating system. To print from the program when using Windows, you will need to "capture" your printer port (Start, Settings, Printers, Right mouse click on the printer you want to use, Select Properties, Select "Capture Printer Port and reconnect "reconnect at logon").
