"ScumMart" has been set up by a group of recently terminated employees of Wal-Mart.  Wal-Mart has failed to pay us our proper wages and is with holding fringe benefits.  The failure to pay wages and with hold fringe benefits are misdemeanor charges in New York State.



Wal-Mart is willfully with holding these payments as a blaitant form of harassment.  It is illegale and unethical.



Please be advised that before you shop at Wal-Mart or before you think of taking a job at Wal-Mart that you fully understand how they treat their employees.  Would you seriously take a job with an employeer that refused to pay you?  Does it make you feel good to spend your money in a store that refuses to pay it's emplyees.



We will have a better and more complete list of websites that we will maintain about this information.  Wal-Mart has a huge legal team and there is no doubt that they will be trying as hard as they leagally can to shut down our freedom of speech.  We have the right to tell people the truth.  God knows that thousdands of our sons, daughters, husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, and other family memebers and loved ones have given us their lives in Iraq to protect our freedoms.  Don't let Wal-Mart disrepect these people!



The following is a list of names, titles within Wal-Mart, and contact information.  You are STRONGLY advised not to accept a job with any of these people.  You may contact them and ask for their version of the story.  It's only fair that both sides of the story can be told.  Ask them why we haven't been paid yet and see what they have to say.  Would you like to go to work for half price?  Would you like to go to work for free?  My guess is that they will not talk to you and only send you to some other person to talk to.  That's what they do with our questions of our missing wages.
