The South Carolina Ultimate Fitness Challenge II                            
EVENTS POINTS CALCULATED BY                    
·        PULL-UPS     Max reps with body weight                            
·        DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS   Max reps with dumbbells equal to body weight multiplied by 0.5 for men and by 0.3 for women                  
·        SQUAT     Max reps with body weight multiplied by 1.5 for men and by 1.1 for women                      
·        DEAD LIFT     Max reps in 60 seconds with body weight multiplied by 1.5 for men and by 1.1 for women                    
·        DEAD HANG WITH WEIGHT   Best time with added weight equal to 0.3 multiplied by body weight                      
·        40 YARD SLED PULL   Best time pulling weight loaded sled 40 yds. down and 40 yds. back with weight equal to body weight
