EVENTS POINTS CALCULATED BY            
·        BARBELL BENCH PRESS   Max reps with weight equal to body weight multiplied by 1.2 for men and by 0.8 for women  
·        SQUAT     Max reps with body weight multiplied by 1.6 for men and by 1.1 for women  
·        PULL-UPS     Max reps with body weight  
·        DUMBBELL SHOULDER PRESS Max reps with dumbbells equal to body weight multiplied by 0.25 for men and by 0.2 for women  
·        DEAD HANG     Best time hanging onto pull-up bar                
·        40 YARD SHUTTLE RUN   Best time running a 40 yd. course where (4) cones are placed every 10 yds.
