| 2-22-07 - Yay for getting a tetanus shot this morning. I, for some odd reason, was thinking about this yesterday: hop, skip, jump, leap. They all end in p. Things with Sarah are still amazing. She came home with me this past weekend and met my family. Before going down there, I told her that it would be like hanging out with five of me. For some reason, she didnt believe me. She soon understood, though. About a day after we got there, she looked at me and said, You know...you make sense now. I got my Ben Folds DVD on Tuesday. As I suspected, they made some changes to things, which was kinda annoying, but it was still cool. The picture of the cover online is extremely small, so when I showed a few people that I was on the front, they didnt believe me. The actual size version makes it undeniable that Im on it, though! Yay! Tomorrow, Sarah and I are having our Valentines Day dinner at a nice fondue restaurant called The Melting Pot. Were both really excited. I havent been there before, but she has. Everyone Ive talked to has said its delicious. Speaking of V-Day, this is the first time Ive been in a relationship this time of year since Kate and I were together. I was worried that my gifts to her would be viewed as kinda crappy, not because they werent expensive or anything, but just because. Luckily I was wrong and she loved them. Yay! Saturday night is a birthday party with a friend from work. Sarahs coming along and Im gonna introduce her to even more people. Poor thing, shes had to meet SO many people because of me. Were gonna have karaoke and Guitar Hero there. Score. All my life, Ive had a huge problem with the fact that the majority of this countrys population thinks its cool or funny to be stupid and ignorant. Weve hit a new low with the Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader? show and not just because Jeff Foxworthy is hosting it. |
