GENERAL MAINTENANCE - Continued
We currently have 2 well maintained golf courses but our residents do not understand that tit costs money to have two well maintained championship courses
Move ropes and cart signs more often to prevent tracking
Restrict maintenance crews to cart path when going to a from work sites to prevent short cut paths
Maintenance staff need more professional involvement in some elements such as sand trap and green maintenance
The rocks all over WW should be covered wherever possible
Course maintenance should be secondary to golfers activities.  Never deny use of courses for routine maintenance or to let the course rest

OVER SEEDING
Courses do not need to be closed for a week for over seeding
Absolutely in favor of over seeding
Over seed all fairways for their protection
I would like over seeding on both courses but not if it increases fees
Yes over seed  - assuming we can afford it
If over seeding does not impede re-growth of bermuda we are highly in favor of it not just for esthetics
Yes if we could pay for it
Absolutely  - if course is not over seeded our fee should be cut in half
Maintain both (all) courses equally over seed
Am I willing to pay for it NO
Except for sales appearance, why is #9 at LH over seeded and alternately closed with #1.  If #9 is over seeded for sales should the golf budget be used to finance it and the maintenance?
 Courses should be over seeded
I would be willing to chip in for over seeding.  We are only here in the winter.  I think people who play would gladly chip in 5 dollars a couple for the extra expense of over seeding
Yes over seed but what will it cost me
Over seeding as done here is poor.  Rye is cut too low for proper play.  Also dormant Bermuda is cut too low for winter play.
Not over seeding Legacy Hills this winter makes it hard to hit the ball off the hardpan without grass
Winter use is critical for us.  Brown is bad green is good
I believe that over seeding the fairways during the winter is very important.  This winter playing Legacy Hills has been very bad

TEE TIMES

Tee times should be fair to all -  because you play more you should not be penalized.
Set up nine for those who want to play nine only
Wish I didnt have to have a foursome to get a tee time before late afternoon.  I spend the same amount on an annual pass as everyone else and should have equal priority for decent tee times
 Limit outside play
On WGA and MGA days and Mondays when course is closed for maintenance DO NOT, DO NOT schedule tournaments
As a single, since I still work, it is very difficult to get a useable tee time.  Stop giving priority to 4-somes and infrequent users.  Make tee times strictly random and available for 3-somes, 2-somes and singles
Thing I want most to improve tee times for regular players ones playing the most
Improve 9-hole tee times Never double
Players should not be penalized with poor tee times for multiple play
MGA and WGA should use shotgun starts
Annual pass holders should be given top priority for assignment of tee times.
Lets give the frequent player a better shake on starting times.  Giving the infrequent player better tee times is absurd
Remove frequent play penalty from the Chelsea system
It is not fair that a twosome or threesome have lower priority than a foursome.  This forces players to cheat and use a member # for someone who they know cannot play.
Have not played for a year.  From what I have heard tee times are not always given when requested even though they request early
There should be a penalty for not canceling your tee times on high volume playdays.  Maybe a $10 charge on CA bill
The practice of punishing frequent players with the worst tee times should be revisited
Current method of assigning tee times where frequent golfers are disadvantaged is not fair.  We should use first come- first serve
People with annual passes should be able to get better tee times
Tee time assignment which punishes frequent golfers, arguably your best customers, is disgraceful.  In 2005 there were 28 instances where I wanted to play but could not due to a very late tee time assignment or no tee time at all.  This amounts to a denial of service for services paid.   So far this year closing courses less and more utilization of shotgun starts has improved things a bit but well see how things go this spring and fall when tee times are hardest to get
