| ABOUT KELSEY'S YEAR: Our school year was delayed for a bit this year. Dad had prostate cancer surgery on May 10th and a quintuple bypass on July 5th. Certificates Received and Special Courses Taken: 7/31/01 - Providence Hospital "Safe Sitter" course 10/12/01 - "Astronomy Day" 3/13/02 - Home Scholar Women's History Seminar 3/28/02 - Completed her "Learn to Write the Novel Way" course and novel. Kelsey produced her first novel this year, "Saul and Rosanna". A story about a talking dog and his friendship with a girl. 5/1/02 - South Carolina Academy of Science MESAS Participation Certificate 5/1/02 - South Carolina Academy of Science MESAS Regional Prize Winner.
