ABOUT KELSEY'S YEAR:

Our school year was delayed for a bit this year.  Dad had prostate cancer surgery on May 10th and a quintuple bypass on July 5th.

3/28/02 - Completed her "Learn to Write the Novel Way" course and novel.  Kelsey produced her first    novel this year, "Saul and Rosanna".  A story about a talking dog and his friendship with a girl.
5/1/02 - South Carolina Academy of Science MESAS Participation Certificate
5/1/02 -
South Carolina Academy of Science MESAS Regional Prize Winner.  This year questions tested students' knowledge of curves of constant width, geometry, directed graphs, stochastic matrices, diagrams, sentences, numerals, equations, graphs, and winning strategies.
