FADE IN 

INT. GRAVEYARD - NIGHT 

Well, of course it's night. An ominous fog seeps into
the surroundings, shrouding the cemetary in a soft 
white blanket. 

NARRATOR (V.O.)
(deep, whispery)
...crypt... 

FLASH CUT - The exterior of a mansion, surrounded by
a forest. A bloodcurdling scream cuts through the air. 

The CAMERA moves through the burial ground silently;
like a cunning predator. We see various tombstones, 
of all shapes and sizes. Crickets chirp. 

NARRATOR (V.O.)
...tomb... 

FLASH CUT - An axe, spattered with blood, being dragged
along a concrete floor in an eerie, stilted manner. 

A low growling sound lurches forth through the trees, 
which line the graveyard like an obscure picket fence.
Then silence. 

NARRATOR (V.O.)
...coffin... 

FLASH CUT - Another scream. A young, injured woman 
desperately drags herself through a hallway lined with
the bodies of dead children. 

FLASH CUT - A younger man lying stomach-up on a floor,
very much alive and scared. Blood drips onto his face
from the ceiling. Slowly. 

NARRATOR (V.O.)
(with finality)
Grave. 

FLASH CUT - A decomposed-looking hand bursting forth
through the ground in a shower of soil. 

FLASH CUT - The man and the woman described above 
working in tandem to escape from an increasingly 
fire-consumed hallway. 

FLASH CUT - The same axe described above falling in 
slow motion. 

FLASH CUT - A bloody, rotting corpse with it's face 
pressed flush against a window. It appears dead. The 
young woman, clutching a shattered crucifix, never 
lets her stare deviate from the horrifying sight. 

CLOSE UP on the corpse's dead, blank face. We only 
hear the woman's heavy, laboured breathing.
