| Stormy Night Screaming banshee a vengeful fury Winds that dare the trees themselves to dance, Illuminated by sudden light A panorama of sight and sound Deafening cracks of thunder roar A fierce glee, an arrogant force This mad thing so wildly beautiful So arrogantly sure This unharnessed power so godlike to behold Raging on in its freedom Cold sweeping winds sharp as blades whistling under the door The rain a wild rhythm to this violent dance An unchallenged master of the sky Huddling warm we listen to this crazed god of power let loose upon the land To wreck its vengeance as it will whipping madly through the grass with unholy glee Around the trees twisting, twining flirting madly Singing it's own song of freedom's power By Topaz |
