Why doesn't Beverly Hills Screening Club accept sweat equity ?

At Beverly Hills Screening Club (also referred as "The Club"), we continue to search for great entrepreneurs to hear their ideas.  On page 12 of the Business Plan, you can see use of proceeds.  Unless the services you provide is something the club needs, then yes, let's talk.

Volunteerism is the backbone of The Club.  The Club is currently moved by volunteers.  With so many different programs that reach such a wide range of people, there is an opportunity for anyone who is willing to help.

As a volunteer, you reap personal rewards by knowing you make a difference through touching lives in the Artist District community.  Following are just a few of the many examples of how you can be a part of The Club.

There is No Greater Reward!

FUNDRAISING

Volunteer help is especially critical during the Club's opening.  This campaign provides the main source of funding to support many of the programs and projects for Beverly Hills Screening Club (BHSC) and Silk Fashion Galleries (SFG).  Volunteers are the driving force behind this fundraising effort.  Volunteers participate by asking BHSC and SFG shareholders, friends and co-workers to donate, place phone calls, sending letters, setting up meetings and providing administrative and clerical support.

ADMINISTRATION & CLERICAL

Volunteers play an important role in supporting the programs that we provide.  Volunteers are needed to place phone calls, send letters, duplicate flyers, help organize, and provide general administrative and clerical support.  Whether it's one hour a day or one hour a month, help is always appreciated!

FACILITIES & GROUNDS

Are you an accountant, architect, artist, bookkeeper, designer, painter, plumber, janitor, engineer, electrician, carpenter?  Do you have a skill that would like to share at The Club?  Whether you're an expert in your field or just willing to lend a hand, we always welcome volunteers.
