Season of the Witch
Plot: Well.... for starters... The star of this movie IS NOT Michael Myers... So thats why I say its the "forgotten Halloween". ANYWHO! A raving old man comes info Dr. Dan Chalis's hospital screaming about someone trying to kill him. He is clutching a well know "Silver Shamrock" Halloween mask in his hands. These masks are the "in-thing" this Halloween w/ all American children. Soon after the old man's admission, he is horribly killed by a strange man wearing a nice suit.Events keep unfolding after this mans death. His daughter Elly comes in to play. Dan and Elly trace her fathers foot-steps back to the Silver Shamrock plant. They "unmask" (haha thats a pun) an evil plan that will kill anyone wearing a Silver Shamrock mask this Halloween.
Seriously, this movie is corny. However, I could probably stand to watch it one more time, nothing I would buy though. Some of the best parts are when they show Halloween on TV (once in the bar and once while Dan is awaiting his death). If you are really bored one night, and nothing good is checked in at the movie store, just rent it this once. You can also check SCI FI's website to see when its comming on. It is worth your while if you like the Halloween series!
