Plot: Donnie Darko is... well... disturbed, to say the least. He has been seeing a shrink for probably as long as he can remember, and needs to take medicine for his sleep and emotional disorders. Lately his sleep-walking has been awful, it is so bad that he has even found himself miles from home. Nothing is as strange as the night of October 2, 1988.
While sleeping Donnie is called to leave his room then to leave his house. The strangest part of all... he is summoned by a demonic, six foot tall man in a bunny suit. Frank, the bunny, tells Donnie when the world will end...

When Donnie returns home the next morning, he finds fire trucks swarming his home. He soon finds that if he had not sleep-walked, he would have been killed by a jet plane engine that mysteriously crashed into his room in the middle of the night.
Frank has been making Donnie do some evil tasks such as burning down homes, and flooding the school. Donnie starts to lose touch with reality, and will eventually determine his own fate... and everyone else's.
