This is the piece that bolt under the spring directly under the axle.  It could be a lot cleaner if I had a brake to bend.  As it is, it is sturdy and usable.  The main plate is 5 1/2 inches long and 5 1/4 inches wide.  Its made from 1/4 inch mild steel.  The pieces on the left and right of this picture are 1/8 inch mild steel, 1 1/2 inch tall and 7 1/2 inches long.  The other end has a mount for the bottom of the shock.  The two "ears" are 4 1/2 inches long, 1/8 inch thick and 2 inches wide.  The hole is where the rear rod end will mount.  The hole is 3 1/2 inches from the bottom of the main plate.
This is the piece that bolts to the front spring eye.  There are two plates made from 1/4 inch steel. The pivot hole (upper left) is where the pring eye bolt will pass through.  From the pivot hole to the bolt that pushes on the spring (upper right) is 4 iches center to center.  From the pivot hole to the upper rod end mount is 2 inches center to center.  And, from the pivot hole to the lower rod end mount is 4 inches center to center.  Note that the rod end bolt holes here are 1/2 inch diameter but they will be 3/4 inch diamter before being installed.
Above you can see the spring eye bushing.  A.luminum would work great, but I only have access to steel, so steel it is.  Started with a piece of sold bar stock and turned down to the proper diameter, center drilled, bored to proper inside diameter, and cut to length.  There is also a steel tube that runs through the spring eye bushing and through the side plates.  This allows the through bolt to tighten down and the plates can still pivot about the bolt.
That's it.  One set for each side.  After I build the rods with good 3/4 inch rod ends i should have less than 100 dollars in the set.  I do have access to the steel, however.

I have about 12 hours in these.  Turning, milling, drilling, and welding.

If you can get the spring eye bushing, then you can duplicate this with a sawzall, drill press, and a welder.
