" What's the point in writing or creating anything for that matter, if you're only writing about things you hear other people talking about? If you chose to conduct your art in that manner, you may as well write love songs and be a rock star or something. You're doing the same thing that they do, picking a subject that you may have absolutly no experience in, and writing a fictional story. That's one of the biggest problems I have with punk rock and I'm not talking about Blink either. Sometimes they're preachy and the problem with that is they know that's what they're suppose to say but they can't really comprehend why since they've never experienced it.
So you hear what they're sayin then you watch how they're living and usually the two are extreamly contadicting. " |
