| The year 2000. It seems like decades ago , but it was actually just a couple of months ago. Instead of reviewing the latest films , I have decided to take a look at the greatest movies of 2000 in my opinion. |
| American Beauty. At first when I saw this film advertised I didn't really want to see it , but then I saw it was getting rave reviews and five stars , so I got my mum to buy it for me. Brilliant. Lester Burnham is in the middle of a mid - life crisis and has a few problems. He has fallen for his teenage daughters friend , he has started taking drugs and is working with people half his age in a fast food restraunt. Funny and dramatic , one of the best films around. |

| The Sixth Sense Although this came out in 1999 , it didn't get really released on video till August 2000.Cole is a young boy who claims to see dead people . Malcolm is a docter who had a simalr case the year before and tries to help the young boy.Chilling and horror with a twisting ending.You can not expect the ending to be .ike it is.You have to see it , to believe it. |

Dewey and Gale are on the trail , but the bodys start piling up.why is the killer stiking back and why is he leaving pictures of Sidneys dead mother off 25 years ago? | Deep Blue Sea This hip 2000 version of Jaws is cool , sexier and Jaws with attitude.Medical experiments are being done on sharks with horrible side effects - they are starting to act life humans. The sharks are moving backwards and reconsing guns.Soon the docters and workers are on a fight against time to save their lives , as wellas the others from the deadly sharks. |
